For residents of the local area, basically WD18/West Watford. Note there is no parking at the Hall or on local streets except for buggies in the Hall! Even that can be tight - so fold if possible. We are very busy at the moment so generally come one or other day in the week - we are flexible not hard & fast on this though.

Activities: See Photos.

Come and play with your child(ren) with other mums, dads, carers, grandparents, child minders etc. You as the adult have responsibility for your child in terms of safety, behaviour etc - so please stay close. We seek to provide a welcoming team and enviroment where you can learn through play with your child and other families. We are here to listen and help.
We have a range of areas:
Main Hall: play house, climbing frame, push along/ride on large toys, table activities inc. puzzles, playdough etc
Small Hall: quieter with baby gyms, chairs, soft toys, floor toys, cars, trains & books.
Painting room, space to be creative, with overalls,
Outdoor play areas - tarmac for scooters, trikes & cars and soft balls with seating, our new covered areas for quieter play in all weathers, and our expanded soft play area for climbing, slides, rockers, play house etc surrounding by pre-school garden.

Refreshments time -midway we pause the playing, parents get children to sit at tables for healthy snacks, biscuits, squash and for adults Fair Trade tea & coffee too.
We then carry on playing in all areas. Near the end we have a tidy up time which all help with, and finish with Song & story time (with instruments, puppets & large books). Click for some popular song words.

From time to time we have college students with us on placements & school pupils doing work experience - these will have name badges and are keen to help you and learn from you.

We have a half-yearly fire drill which we tie in with song time at the church, which is our emergency meeting point.  These are often linked to Harvest & Easter or as advised.

Parenting, English Language, healthy eating advice and training sessions have been run by us or in partnership with our local children's centre. We currently have an ourreach worker Carina with us some Friday sessions. Please ask us or her if you need any input or just want to chat things through.

All church activities seek to take place in a safe environment and come under our Child & Vunerable Adults Safeguarding & other Health, Food Hygine & Safety polices.
